Biography
Donna joins MNS with over 30 years of experience leading billing, collections, and Medicaid and Medicare claim processes for skilled nursing and senior living organizations. She most recently spent the last 13 years serving as the VP of Accounts Receivable for a 40+ skilled nursing facility organization in the Midwest.
A native of New Jersey, Donna has worked across multiple regions for a multitude of SNF and ALF organizations both in leadership and consulting/advisory roles. She has a proven track record of building high-performing business office teams that optimize cash flows while ensuring compliance with state and federal regulations. Donna has deep expertise in payer contracting and credentialing, revenue cycle optimization, and implementing process improvements that reduce denials and accelerate collections.
